Leadership = Overcoming conflict.

Not ignoring conflict.  Not fleeing from conflict. Overcoming conflict.  Taking a stand.  Being a leader.  I can't do this in my own strength, no one can,  however my God is a god that stomps out conflict. Not to be mean to the person or situation causing the conflict, but because on the other side of conflict is peace, and I think we all know a dude who is the Prince of that.

So I run at conflict (scared but prayed up) and grasp the peace that comes through resolution.
